Our Inside/Counter Parts Sales team at our branch locations play an important role in helping Johnson Supply achieve customer satisfaction when they come into our stores.

While previous experience is important, so is being a team player & having the ability & ambition to learn new skills in the HVAC Industry. We are seeking employees who are versatile, courteous, with an outgoing & professional attitude.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent Customer Service to all customers (walk-in, phone or e-mail)
• Listening to the customer and provide the needed equipment, parts, tools, etc.,
• Provide solutions to any questions customers may have,
• Process orders from start to finish including taking payments according to company procedures and processes,
• Industry Product knowledge and experience is a plus, and or the employee must have the ability to learn the information needed to be successful in this role,
• Will help with inventory management and cycle counting,
• Follow-up on order and communicate with customers as needed
• Assist in maintaining an organized & clean showroom
• Assist in warehouse when needed
• Work under the safety guidelines of Johnson Supply

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written), Being bi-lingual is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Must be a dependable team player
• Must have good math skills,
• Must be computer literate & have the ability to learn & understand software to perform sales processes, inventory duties, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a fit for duty physical & drug/alcohol screens

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

This job requires the full use of vision and hearing, agility, and the ability to walk, climb stairs, carry, lift, push and pull up to 50lbs on a regular basis. The ability to stand, stoop, sit, squat, flex arms, fingers, legs, and feet with a full range of motion, to bend, and crouch while performing the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Job will be in a branch store with an attached warehouse.
